Live camera requires HTTPS or a localhost SSH tunnel. The video is only a viewfinder; when supported, Inventory captures a full-resolution still photograph and sends the original file to ZBar/Data Matrix before creating a smaller AI copy.

Add photographs

Up to 20 files per save, maximum 64 MB each. The first photo becomes primary if none exists.

AI tools

Read the saved photographs and compare them with the saved identity. Documentation research runs separately for the shared model. The external-AI prompt remains available for deeper research.

The direct JGU workflow first analyzes the saved photographs, then searches candidate documentation locally, asks JGU AI to validate sources one-by-one, and extracts only parameters supported by accepted sources. The external prompt button is kept as a separate manual Websuche / Deep Research option. Save unsaved edits first if you want them included.
